Day 1 & Day 2
After back from CNY, our renovation work continue! Electrical and air con trunking to be installed on this two days and citigas installation as well.
Electrical work and citigas piping installation
Remove the Panasonic air con from previous owner
Air con trunking, insulation and new air con bracket
For air con trunking, we requested ½ inch insulation - Insurflex. You can request for Armaflex but do take note trunking size will be increase as it's thicker. As for copper wire we took 22swg and drainage pipe 16mm thick. The reason why hubby took leave to be there, is to make sure everything delivered in order. As once installation done, you will not be able to spot the details.
Note:
Please make sure terms and services to be noted in invoice for future reference and try to be there during the air con installation.

Tiles crack spotted in common bathroom, will get our ID to fix it no matter what!
The hot & cold shower piping fixed wrongly in our common bathroom. It should be fix at the other side of the wall instead of the entrance. Going to meet Mr.K next week and get him to change it!
Hubby sealing up our new air con again, to make sure no 'allowances' available for the dust to sneak in :P
