01.05.2010 - Cooking Mama
Decided to 'test' our Rinnai stove and kitchenware today!
Our Elephant (Zojirushi) Micom Fuzzy rice cooker bought from Takashimaya during sales.
The Corningware Bakeware and Dinnerware (sakura design) - works well in oven, microwave and freezer - bought from OG during sales.

Know what is this? Another cute gear I order from US - Hot Heads Oven Mitts. The mega mouths can protect me from burns! The Hot Heads are flexible, grippy, strong, safe, and cute! It's 100% silicone made, temperature-tolerant from -58 degrees to 446 degrees! It's available in Dog & Frog design, I choose the Froggie as my insulating mitts. It's really easy and convenient, just tuck in your hand and open the frog mouth to catch your hot stuffs, amazing!
Our simple home cook dinner. See the cute table? We haven't get our dining table yet, thus hubby bought this cute table from IKEA. It can be dismantle anytime, and this will be our nephew and nieces 'private' corner when next time our families gathering.
* The rice that cooked by Elephant, amazing soft and bouncy! Yummy~ But one thing to take note, the water level should lesser than normal rice cooker. Else the rice will turns out too soggy, unless you intend to do sushi.

Have any idea what is this? Antibacterial UV Light Toothbrush Sanitizer. It can eliminates 99.9% of germs and bacteria, bring cleanliness to your brushing routine daily! ^_^ Love this cute Zapi Pop, look like santa egg....
Insert the toothbrush, press the tummy button, Za Za will turn on and kill the germs for 7 minutes, and it will auto-shut off when done. Now, the toothbrush is germ free and safely use! It's simply cute! (Zaza operates on 3AAA batteries)
This is how our Allegra Variarc high spout with pull-out nozzle look like - swivel spout, 360 degree swivel. It's very convenient to use especially washing my Blanco basin. The body of tap can be lifted and laid down. Worth the money that we paid!
This is how the customized store rack look like after stack up. Hubby still in the progress of tidy up our store room :P

Our gate installed finally, whole processed less than 1 hour. SpecMetal worker were very professional and fast.
We choose a simple design with single door frame where looks more modern and most importantly - spacey! We don't like 1/2 split door as it caused inconvenience and limited allowances when trying to get in.
Here is our new door
Single door frame allows for bigger opening clearance and enhance ease of entry through the gate
Handle from VRH and the anti-duplicate locking system from Makoto Japan
The side panel installed nicely as well where normal gate will come without this panel
Wrought iron material (not coated or over lay) and sand blasted design.
The closure part
We agreed their gates are pricier than others but you do get the quality products for your money which is about $600 per gate on average. Do checkout their website at our Useful Link for further information.
